1. GENERAL INFORMATION                   

1. Time and Location:

• Time: 08:00 a.m – 5:30 p.m, 04-05 October, 2023
• Location: Tan Son Nhat Pavillion, 202 Hoang Van Thu, Phu Nhuan District, Ho Chi Minh City

2. Exhibition booth/counter (demo):

        Size:

(It can be adjusted depending on the reality and we will notify you in advance)

3. Participation benefits:

• Logo of company appears on the program website https://tech4life.vn/ & website vinasa.org.vn
• Introduce products/services at the booth to all delegates who are Senior Leaders of the country, Application enterprises, Foreign partners, (etc.) attending the event;
• Use images for PR and advertising on mass media channels;
• Enterprises can have priority to introduce, connect, cooperate and sign contracts immediately at the exhibition booth if customers have demand.
• Get 01 free online booth on the program website https://tech4life.vn/
• Post 01 PR article to introduce products/solutions on website https://tech4life.vn/; https://vinasa.org.vn/; https://danhbaict.vn/

4. Participation fee:

• Get 10% discount when registering 02 booths.
• Reduce 300 USD/ booth when registering more than 02 booths

5. General regulations

• Registration time: Get 10% discount when registering before 10/8/2023
• Organizing Committee is responsible for security and general safety. Businesses are responsible for security and safety of your booth during the exhibition.
• Enterprises participate in the exhibition complying with the regulations on security and safety at the exhibition venue.
• Enterprises are responsible for compensation for damage to standard booth equipment provided by the Organizing Committee.
• The Organizing Committee can not be responsible for any problems unless enterprises comply with the above regulations.

1. PROCESS STEPS

Step 1: Make registration of booth/counter

Directly with Organizing Committee or visit on website https://tech4life.vn/dang-ky-tham-du/

Step 2: Make payment

• Sign contract
• Payment documents: Contract, written request for payment, valid receipt
• The payment of participation fee:

Deadline: after 05 working days from the date of signing the contract.

Payment method:

• In cash at VINASA’s Head Office: 11Flr, Cung Tri Thuc Bldg., 01 Ton That Thuyet Str, Hanoi, Vietnam
• Banking account:

Account number: 0491000048212 – Bank: Vietcombank, Thang Long branch.

Step 3: Provide information, enterprises will send the following documents to Organizing Committee:

• Logo of company (high quality of image file)
• Link of company’s website
• File of booth design with size 3 x 2.5m (if using standard booth)
• Provide information of representative standing at booths and attending the conference (Full name, title, phone number, email)

Deadline to send back: until 01/10/2023

*** For Online booths, please send following information to Organizing Committee:

• Logo of company (file jp, 500kb – 2MB)
• Link youtube Video of introducing your company during 5 mins to post on online
• Send link download profile of your company to Organizing Committee in order to add on online booth (View/share mode)
• Information of online representative (name, phone number, email (account) created on Quickom)
• Quickcom CONTACT Center accounts (com/downloads) in order to get Video conference
• Note: the email registered for Quickcom account must be the email of representative standing booth, and it also responds to interact with customers)

Step 4: Get booth(s) and participate in exhibition

• Setup & decoration: 10:00 p.m, 03rd October, 2023
• Exhibition: 08:00 a.m – 5:30 p.m, 04-05 October, 2023
