    3. General regulations

    • The Organizing Committee takes responsibilities for security and general safety. The responsibilities of enterprises are to secure and keep safety of a selected booth area during the 2-day event.
    • Enterprises participating in the exhibition must comply with security and safety regulations of the exhibition venue
    • For any damage recorded in the standard booth provided, enterprises must make compensation payment for the Organizing Committee
    • There has no intervention from the Organizing Committee for any happened issue by not following the mentioned regulations,

    II. PROGRESSION STEPS

    Step 1: Make registration of booth/counter

     Step 2: Make payment

    • Sign contract
    • Payment documents: Contract, Invoice, valid receipt
    • The payment of participation fee:

    Deadline: after 07 working days from the date of signing the contract.

     Step 3: Provide information, the Enterprise sends back to the Organizing Committee the following documents:

    • Enterprises’ logo (high quality of image file)
    • Link of enterprises’ website
    • File of booth design with size 3 x 2.5m (if using standard booth)
    • Provide information of representative standing at booths and participating in the conference (Full name, title, phone number, email)

    Deadline: September 10, 2025

    *** For Online booths, please send following information:

    • Company Logo (jp file, 500kb – 2MB)
    • YouTube video link introducing the company (maximum 05 minutes) for posting on the online booth
    • Link download profile of your enterprises to Organizing Committee in order to add on online booth (View/share mode)
    • Information of the representative (full name, phone number, email (account) created with Quickom)
    • Install Quickcom CONTACT Center account (quickom.com/downloads) for receiving Video conferences
    • Note: The email used to register for the Quickcom account must be the email of the booth representative, for responding to customer interactions.

    Step 4: Get booth(s) and participate in exhibition

    • Setup: 8:00 a.m – 5:00 p.m, 17th September, 2025
    • Exhibition: 08:00 a.m – 5:00 a.m, 18 – 19 September, 2025
